Our festive Annual All Souls Bazaar is coming up on Saturday, November 14, and we can’t wait to gather for a day filled with fellowship, fun, and community spirit. The Bazaar is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are deeply grateful for everyone who has already stepped forward to help. If you’re looking for a way to join in, there are many opportunities to get involved!

Luncheon at the Bazaar
The Luncheon at the Annual All Souls Bazaar needs volunteers for wait staff, kitchen crew and dishwashers. If you want to help make the luncheon a success, we need you! Contact Rebecca Dauphinee.

Silent Auction at the Bazaar
The Silent Auction is a popular and profitable part of the Bazaar, and would welcome donations of your antiques and collectibles, art, jewelry, tickets for sports events or performances, gift certificates, etc. We welcome items of interest and quality which will generate excitement and bidding! Please contact Lizabeth Schley regarding donations.
The Pantry
The Pantry seeks your fruit preserves or pickles. There never seem to be enough pickles to satisfy the demand for them, so please consider making extra and donating them. For pantry questions, contact Mary Warner.
Meals to Go
“Meals to Go” are meals home-cooked by All Souls members and friends. Would you be willing to contribute your great casserole, soup, or baked beans to the booth at the Bazaar? Contact Doug Kavanaugh.
The Cookie Nook
The Cookie Nook at the Bazaar features a great variety of cookies. If you would like to bake some for The Nook, contact Brenda Gammon.
Book & Puzzle Room
The Book and Puzzle room seeks your donations of fiction for kids and adults, recent non-fiction, and puzzles. Contact Cyndee Lutz.
Crafters Creations
Please consider donating your handmade creations to our Craft Booth. We welcome jewelry, aprons, potholders, Advent calendars, table runners, quilts, ornaments, handcrafted wooden items, and other handmade treasures.
The Candy Shoppe
The Candy Shoppe is a delicious and much-anticipated element of the Bazaar, and needs both ingredients and candy-makers. The candy-making will be in workshops at the church, November 9, 11, and 12. No Experience is necessary!
The wish-list for ingredients includes:
50 lb granulated sugar
10 lb unsalted butter
20 lb semi-sweet chocolate morsels
6 8oz packages semi-sweet chocolate squares
2 lb peanut butter morsels
1 lb white chocolate morsels
6 lb creamy peanut butter
7 16 oz containers marshmallow fluff
12 cans evaporated milk
6 cans sweetened condensed mil
8 16 oz bottles white Karo syrup
1 qt light cream
12 lb peanuts
2 lb pecans
1 lb walnuts
3 dozen eggs
2 14 oz bags shredded coconut
