Music
Music is a large part of worship at all Souls.
We also host special muscial events such as the Arlan A. Baillie Steinway Performance Series.
Our music director is Kay Eames. She has served as Music Director, Choir Director and Organist for over thirty years.
Typical of old Congregational custom, the organ and choir usually sing from the choir loft at the eastern end of the Meetinghouse. And, yes, it is all right to turn around during the service and watch the choir in action. The choir and organ are located above the Narthex (the vestibule at the front entrance of the Meetinghouse).
