Church Office Updates

As some of you know Madison Ivory has resigned as our administrative assistant to accept a teaching position in Glenburn. We wish her the very best and are grateful for the time she contributed to the life of our church family.

With her departure we are welcoming back Carol Craig. Carol will begin on August 29th. Carol was a great asset to our office staff during her previous tenure and we know she will be again. Please join us in welcoming Carol back as you see her throughout the church!

This change in staffing is accompanied by a change in our public office hours. The office will now be open Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. except as needed to accommodate special events/programs.

The manner in which we communicate and work has changed drastically, even in the last 10 years. These new hours reflect such changes in work flow and communication as well as the availability of office staff. It will ensure that we have quality office staff while supporting good stewardship of our staffing dollars. Our Administrator, Darcel Bryant, as well as Pastor Chad and Becka Timms monitor their phones, emails, and other messaging services regularly. Don’t hesitate to reach out any time. We are here to serve.

We are also happy to make appointments outside the stated office hours if there is a need to meet on campus.
